When do I get a commission?Every time a new user clicks on your affiliate link, and signs up for a paid subscription plan within 14 days, you get 50% of the plan price. If you have special terms with us, you might get more. You find the actual prices on our Pricing page.
Do I get a commission on renewals?Yes. If the user renews her paid subscription, you get 50% of the price during the next 3 renewals. If you have special terms with us, you might get even more.
When and how do I get paid?You get the money within 30 days after the end of the reporting month automatically via PayPal.
You will get access to a personal affiliate dashboard, where you can enter your PayPal account, see the number of visitors who used your affiliate links, those who registered for a trial with us, those who became paying customers, and how much commission you are entitled to earn, as well as your total commission for the active month.
We use a third-party integration to track all your referrals. It is deeply integrated with Stripe, our payment processor. The whole process is transparent, and you won't miss any commission ever.
